Terms of Use

1. What the service does

The bangtaste service helps you turn room photos and measurements into an editable floor plan, a parametric 3D view, and interior layout ideas. The service may use AI for photo analysis, while code handles geometry, recommendations, dimensions, and fit checks.

2. Your photos and information

You keep ownership of the photos, measurements, preferences, and other material you provide. You give bangtaste a limited permission to process that material only to operate, secure, and improve the service for you.

Only upload material you own or are allowed to use. Do not upload another person's private information without permission.

3. AI results and room decisions

AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Floor plans, dimensions, collision checks, and recommendations are planning aids, not architectural, engineering, construction, safety, or real-estate advice.

Before buying furniture, ordering materials, drilling, building, or changing a home, check important dimensions and conditions yourself or with a qualified professional.

4. Fair use of the service

You must use bangtaste lawfully and must not:

• upload unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or rights-infringing material;
• try to access another person's data or bypass service security;
• interfere with the service, overload it, or distribute malicious code;
• reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where law expressly allows it; or
• use output to misrepresent a room as professionally measured or certified.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep bangtaste reliable, but the service may sometimes be unavailable, change, or end. Features that depend on an external AI provider may be limited when that provider is unavailable. We may update the service when needed for safety, security, performance, or product improvement.

6. Service materials

The bangtaste software, interface, branding, and documentation belong to bangtaste or its licensors. These Terms give you permission to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of those materials.

7. Disclaimers and responsibility

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that every result will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular project.

To the extent permitted by law, bangtaste is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses, lost profits, or decisions made solely from service output. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

8. Suspending access

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or the law, including for serious misuse or security threats. You may stop using bangtaste at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without taking away any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live. Disputes will be handled by a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.

10. Updates to these Terms

If these Terms change materially, we will update this page and its effective date. Continuing to use the service after an update means the new Terms apply from their stated date.
